3. Booking & Payments

A minimum fee of £20 applies to all bookings (deducted from the final charge).
Payments are made at the clinic or through authorised methods agreed upon during booking.
By booking, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Rescheduling & Cancellations

Rescheduling: request at least 24 hours in advance to retain the full amount.
Cancellations:
- More than 48 hours → 80% refund
- Between 24–48 hours → 50% refund
- Less than 24 hours → no refund
- Refunds are processed via the same payment method within 7 working days.

5. Liability

While we make every effort to ensure our services are safe and effective, AnaPodocare Ltd is not liable for:

Delays or interruptions in website access
Errors in external links or third-party content
Indirect or consequential damages arising from service use

All treatments are carried out by qualified professionals following clinical best practices.
